LegalSmegal is a decision-support triage tool. It processes publicly available legal pack documents and generates analytical outputs — including risk flags, deal scores, valuation ceilings, area intelligence, and financial modelling — to assist you in your own due diligence.

The platform is intended for use by professional and experienced property investors operating in the United Kingdom. By using the platform you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a consumer for the purposes of consumer protection legislation.
Access to the platform requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at legal@legalsmegal.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Paid access is available on a subscription basis or as a one-off report. All payments are processed by Stripe. LegalSmegal does not hold or process card or payment data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

Legal pack documents you upload remain publicly available documents. Analytical outputs generated from your uploads are provided to you for your personal business use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalSmegal Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential loss — arising from your use of or reliance on the platform or its outputs.
Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during that period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
